How plastic film is stored

Most of the films produced by plastic film manufacturers are colorless, cylindrical pellets obtained by tube polymerization of initiator under high temperature and high pressure conditions, and proper storage can ensure good film use.

Plastic films have good chemical stability, resistance to corrosion by acids, bases, salts and aqueous solutions in general, and have some mechanical, water and gas permeability properties.The shed skeleton should be wrapped with a protective layer to prevent damage to the shed film and to accelerate the shed film from being locally aged, to prohibit contact with paints and spent membranes and to prevent fumigation with sulphur, cover and compression with rust free pressed film threads to avoid scratching by strong wind.

So the products from plastic film manufacturers should be stored in a clean, dry, and cool room, and exposure is strictly prohibited, and they must be in full stacks to prevent extrusion and deformation of film rolls and avoid abnormalities in film application.
